The Chainsmokers Blast New Track At Coachella

When the Chainsmokers performed a new track at #Fest in Athens, Ohio, just a short time before their scheduled Coachella performance, it was almost a given the group would do a repeat performance at the enormous festival.

Needless to say, fans prepping for Coachella got even more riled up.

The Chainsmokers have been smoking up the festival scene.

Sure enough, the duo impressed the thousands of fans watching them live by playing the single at Coachella Weekend 1. Though it doesn’t have an official title yet, based on the lyrics, its been getting called “We Ain’t Never Getting Older.”

The popular group consists of Andrew Taggart and Alex Pall. Since their 2014 hit “#Selfie” exploded onto the scene, they’ve been in high demand. “#Selfie” caught the attention of Disruptor Records (a branch of Sony Music Entertainment) and landed them a record deal. Their most recent release was the EP Bouquet, though they are expecting to release their debut album before the end of 2016.

Coachella fans rejoiced over the Chainsmokers unnamed new single.

Two tracks have been released off their album: “Don’t Let Me Down,” which features Daya, and “Inside Out,” featuring Charlee. However, their previous single “Roses” has landed them the most attention. The track has over 250 million streams on Spotify.
