Freaky Deaky will take place over three days, beginning October 28 and ending October 30. Toyota Park, located just outside Chicago in Bridgeview, Illinois, will play host to the event.
This is Freaky Deaky’s eighth year in the business, and to celebrate, they are pulling together over 50 artists to make it the best year yet.
The festival will have a mix of EDM and hip-hop artists, and the headliners show off that combo. Tiesto, Disclosure, Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike and DJ Snake will rep the EDM side, while DJ Khaled and Schoolboy Q appeal to the hip-hop crowd.
Other artists making the lineup include A$AP Ferg, Gramatik, Hippie Sabotage, Nervo, Destructo, Paper Diamond, Snails and Travis Scott.
Apparently the petition to get Hippie Sabotage banned from festivals thanks to their stint choking out a security guard at What the Festival. We can’t say we’re too pleased about that given how totally inappropriate and unsafe their behavior has been.
Thankfully, Freaky Deaky has lots of awesome stuff to balance out any catastrophes Hippie Sabotage manages to create. Embracing the true spirit of the Halloween season, Freaky Deaky will have loads of creepy crawlies to get everyone in the mischievous spirit.
Last year showcased scary clowns on tall stilts, ghosts and zombies wandering throughout the crowd and loads of other freaky sights. Not to mention, audiences go crazy with the theme, donning their scariest makeup and costumes.
So plan your costume, get your tickets and get ready for the best possible way to kick off Halloween.
